Google’s Nexus 5 With Android 5.0 And Full HD Display Could Hit The Market This May.

Google has geared up to start their I/O event later this year, possibly in May. According to the sources, Google has planned to launch their much awaited Nexus handset during this event. Presently, there is not much information available about Google Nexus 5 but there are rumors indicating that Google will stick with LG for the development of the new Nexus flagship smartphone. If everything goes well, then this would be the second device from the LG and Google partnership. The first Nexus device to be released was the HTC Nexus One in 2010. This was followed by the Nexus S and the Galaxy Nexus in 2011 from Samsung.

According to the sources, the new Nexus 5 will run Android Key Lime Pie and will be based on the company’s Optimus G Pro model. Nexus 5 will have a more advanced processor for faster performance and a long battery life with 18 Mega-Pixel Camera. It would include a 5-inch 1080p display and, allegedly, a 2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor. The display may also be a Samsung-made Super PLS, as seen on the Nexus 10, while battery power is said to be 3000mAh.

The Nexus 4 is certainly the most popular and much advance cell phone of the smartphone era and also of the Nexus tribe. The price point of the Nexus 4 was one of the main reasons behind its popularity and we are expecting its successor, the Nexus 5, to be sold at the same prices.
